League Breakdown in Format and Schedule Spring 2025

 

10s Orange Ball

We have 9 teams and will have 8 matches in all. Sectionals TBD. 

Easter has been skipped in this level since there is no time crunch to finish before April 27.

 

10s Green Ball

We have 18 teams! They are separated into two flights of 9 teams.

Flight Blue and Flight Red.

Easter will be skipped.

Last match will be scheduled for April 27.

It will be determined later on whether 1st place in each flight will automatically go to Sectionals or if there needs to be a playoff between the winners of each flight the week of April 28. 

 

12s L7

We have 12 teams. They are separated into two flights of 6 teams.

Flight Blue and Flight Red.

Easter will be skipped

Each team in each flight will play 5 matches. The last match scheduled on March 30 will be a 6th match so teams can play more, however this 6th match will not count towards the overall final score from the 5 matches played.

April 6 will be the last official match in which the winners of each Blue and Red flight will playoff against each other for a 7th match. 2nd will be 2nd, 3rd will play 3rd, 4th will play 4th and so forth. 

 

12s L6

We have 12 teams. They are separated into two flights of 6 teams.

Flight Blue and Flight Red.

Easter will be skipped

14s L7

This division has 11 teams…. And therefore will have 10 weeks of play however this goes all the way till May 4. Since we cannot have the last match on May 3-4 which is Sectionals weekend, I need each coach to work on scheduling their May 4 match to an earlier day on or before April 27 and let me know when the two coaches agree on a day.

 

14s L6 and L5

We have 14 teams. They are separated into two flights of 7 teams.

Flight Blue and Flight Red.

 

Red Flight 

This flight has a L5 team in the mix. All matches against this L5 team will not count towards the overall game total, however players will get WTN results and matches to qualify for Sectionals when a L5 team plays a L6 team.

Last match in this flight will be April 6.

 

Blue Flight 

This flight has 7 teams and will play till April 6.

 

On April 13, The winners of Blue and Red flights will play for 1st and 2nd. 2nd place teams will play off for 3rd and 4th, 3rd will playoff, 4ths to playoff and so forth. 

The L5 team of Lomas will get an automatic bid to Sectionals.

Last last team in the Blue flight will not get a 7th match unfortunately. 

 

18s L7

We have 5 teams and therefore we will have them play each other 2x for a total of 8 matches. Last match will be played on April 27

As a note: This division had matches all the way till May 3 and therefore I took that May 3 match and scheduled it as a double header when the teams play against each other on March 23. One match is at 230pm and the second of the double header is at 4pm. 

 

18s L6

We have 7 teams. They will play till April 6 for a total of 6 matches. On April 13, the 1st and 2nd place teams will play off for the winner and finalist. 

Note on this last 7th match, if the 1st place team is ahead by 10 games, then the 2nd place team must not only win the match, but also win by 11 games in order to take over as the first place team in the division. 

3rd and 4th will play one more match against each other, 5th and 6th will play one more match against each other. The 7th place team will not get a 7th match.
